Our cleaners usually bring their own cleaning products. However, you’re welcome to request or provide specific products if you prefer them to be used in your home.
How long does a cleaning take?
A cleaning typically takes between 2 and 6 hours, depending on the size of the space and the tasks required.
Can I pay for the service one month in advance?
Yes. You can request a regular cleaning service and pay for the entire month in advance. There’s no need to pay on a daily basis.
Is it possible to reschedule if someone at home is sick?
Yes, we actually recommend rescheduling if someone is sick. The health of our staff is a priority, and we’re always happy to arrange a new date.
Do I need to provide a vacuum cleaner or any other equipment?
Yes. Cleaners usually don’t carry large equipment such as vacuum cleaners or other bulky items, as these are typically available at the client’s home.
